Please pray for me and my place of work. There has been a long history of tension and conflict, yet on the surface we appear professional. I was involved in a harrasment/work -place violence incident and I am having a very hard time forgiving myself and continuing my work. I feel i have done damage to my reputation as an employee after 30 years of service. I pray to have the wisdom to think, act and speak skillfully and hope i can stay contemplative and silent during interactions and addressing this situation with my director.
