My 36 year old daughter, Rachel, has an upcoming spinal surgery on January 30th to relieve pressure on the nerves, pain and allow her to walk again. Matters are complicated by her Cerebral Palsy and associated muscle spasms. The doctors told her to anticipate a rough first week of recovery.
I ask for prayer for Rachel:
- safety and effectiveness of the surgery itself - January 30th surgery date
- pain management during the first week of recovery and beyond
- regain the ability to walk again, without too much pain
Pray, please, that God take down, cripple, demolish, and scatter all attacks that all my enemies are doing against my sleep and rest. That God remove everything they are doing and restore my sleep and give me restful sleep.

I get easily bothered by lights and almost all sounds. I also don't like sitting for a certain amount of time. I think it effects me keeping my current job or my current job isn't me. I want be balanced out and know what path to take (i'm confused), in Jesus' name.
