Fill Your Soul Day (Canandaigua)

Notre Dame Retreat House will hold a Fill Your Soul Day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 12, at 5151 Foster Road, Canandaigua, with the theme “Come Holy Spirit, Fill Our Hearts and Renew the Face of the Earth.”
This will be a day of reflection, renewal, and deeper awareness of what truly nourishes your heart. Participants are encouraged to pause and consider what they need to be filled with in order to live with greater purpose, peace, and joy. Those in attendance will reflect on how to recognize and respond to the gifts of the Holy Spirit, allowing them to bear fruit in daily life, transform hearts, and change the world.
