Harmonia Chamber Singers will perform “Path of Miracles,” a monumental work by composer Joby Talbot, on two dates:
“Path of Miracles” is a musical pilgrimage that takes listeners along the famous Camino de Santiago. Written for 17 voices and percussion, “Path of Miracles” was premiered by Tenebrae in 2005 at St. Bartholomew-the-Great Church in London. Harmonia last performed it in 2024 under the direction of Dr. Adam Luebke.
Harmonia will also perform a special “evolution” edition of the “Miserere” by Gregorio Allegri, going from the unadorned original, to the reharmonized embellished version, to the modern score with the glorious soaring top C.
Robert Pacillo is the conductor.
The cost is $25 for general admission or $10 for students. Tickets are available at the door and on Eventbrite at www.eventbrite.com/cc/harmonia-path-of-miracles-2026-4805059?utm-campaign=social&utm-content=attendeeshare&utm-medium=discovery&utm-term=odclsxcollection&utm-source=cp&aff=odclsxcollection
