Sacred Stillness Day: A Day Retreat of Prayer, Rest, and Quiet Renewal

8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 31, at Notre Dame Retreat House, 5151 Foster Road, Canandaigua.

Step away from the noise and demands of daily life and enter a day of sacred stillness. This retreat day is designed to offer generous space for private prayer, reflection, and rest, allowing your soul to breathe and be renewed in God’s presence. Participants are invited to bring spiritual reading or personal materials and spend the day at their own pace in silence and solitude. The rhythm of the day will gently include time for private prayer and quiet rest, Mass, the opportunity for confessions or a personal conversation with a priest, hospitality, lunch, and (by request) private bedrooms for the day as a peaceful place to rest or pray. Whether you are longing for silence, seeking clarity, or simply needing space to be with God, this day offers a welcoming and restful environment to do so.
