Praying with Sacred Art retreat (Canandaigua)

Step into a contemplative experience that nourishes both heart and soul. This Fill Your Soul Day invites you to encounter God through Visio Divina, a prayer practice rooted in the principles of Lectio Divina, using works of art instead of scripture to deepen your relationship with God. During this retreat day, you will be gently guided through the foundations of Visio Divina and then invited to immerse yourself in sacred art as prayer as you pray and reflect with at least three different pieces of art, allowing image, silence, and Spirit to speak. No artistic experience is needed as this is about expression, not performance. Sharing reflections is always optional, and personal prayer is honored. Come as you are and leave refreshed, inspired, and more deeply attuned to God’s presence. A day to see, to pray, to be filled.
