2024 Spring Appeal – “This is My Body… This is My Blood.”
St. Joseph the Worker Shrine at 37 Lee St. in Lowell, MA (01852) will be hosting a Religious Book Fair – a sidewalk sale of gently used books, mostly on religious topics, gleaned from the shelves of Oblate Religious Houses in the area: Saturday, August 19th from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm and on Sunday, August 20th from 8:30 am to 1:30 pm. These volumes are a treasure trove of wisdom – their contents have been pondered and prayed over and have served to inspire a lot of folks over the years. For a token donation, serious readers and searchers could well benefit from adding some of these tomes to their bookshelves
In the event of inclement weather, we will conduct the Fair in the Shrine’s Conference Hall
