2024 Spring Appeal – “This is My Body… This is My Blood.”
St. Mary’s Annual Picnic Weekend will be held Sunday, July 22 and 23, 2023.
This event is fun for the whole family! The fun begins on Saturday, July 22nd with an outdoor Mass at 5:30 PM followed by community vegetable cutting for St. Mary’s famous chowder that will be served on Sunday.
The 12th annual 5K Chowder Chase for runner/walkers of all ages starts at 7 PM Saturday. Run the 5K, walk the 3K or just come to enjoy the post-race party. After the race, we will have ice cream from Uncle G’s, Campobello’s pizza, and clams from Stockman’s Tavern. Live music will be provided by Urban Renewal until 11 PM.
Picnic Day Sunday, July 23rd, from 11:30 AM-5:00 PM is fun for the whole family! Picnic Day includes St. Mary’s Famous Homemade Kettle Chowder, food court, BW’s Chicken BBQ, a Wine and Beer Garden, Kids’ Zone games and activities, live entertainment all day including music by Gimme Buffet, basket raffles, games of chance and St. Mary’s annual picnic raffle with a $10,000 Grand Prize.
