The Joy of Prayer Lenten Retreat (Newfane)

The Central Niagara Catholic Family invites all to sign up for its Lenten retreat, “The Joy of Prayer,” from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 14, at St. Brendan on the Lake, 3455 Ewings Road, Newfane.

Guest speakers include Fr. Walter Szczesny, Pastor Emeritus of Our Lady of Peace in Clarence, presenting A Walk Through the Mass and Sr. Grace Dike, SCGR, Sister of the Sacred Heart of Jesus of Ragusa and principal/elementary school teacher at Sacred Heart Villa School in Lewiston, presenting Prayer: Encountering God in Many Ways.

There will be a fellowship luncheon, small group discussion, quiet time to pray, Adoration, and 4 p.m. Holy Mass. Free will offerings are accepted. Register at tinyurl.com/cncfretreat2026
